One of my favorite quotes has always been William Morris' dictate: "Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful." You can extend this metaphor to user centered design--for every user experience should be both useful and beautiful. As a user researcher and usability practitioner, I have always strived for that UX goal.
As well, I am an accomplished Web producer, writer and editor of ongoing, highly-productive copy that informs, enlightens, and entertains. I’m interested in new
Web technologies, which I learn quickly, and I can craft and implement content that will add value to internal and external customer’s experiences.
